Joe is a seasoned finance leader with over 20 years of professional experience focused on financial services organizations. He has overseen financial operations, reporting, governance, and high-level strategic planning.  Joe is known for driving business performance in complex operating environments.

Experience
Prior to Paralign, Joe served as Senior Vice President of Finance at SageView Advisory Group, a private equity sponsored advisor managing $235 billion in assets. He has also held CFO roles at BGM Group and Lake Street Capital Markets and served as Director of Fund Accounting at Whitebox Advisors.

Education & Credentials
Joe earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Minnesota State University, Mankato, graduating with honors.  He also holds an inactive CPA certification.

Personal
Joe enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelly, and two children in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.  He spends his time away from work coaching youth sports and relaxing at the family cabin.
