Experience
Prior to joining Paralign, Ben was an Analyst at True North Mergers & Acquisitions, where he supported privately held business owners throughout the M&A process. His responsibilities included financial analysis and modeling, business valuation, buyer and industry research, preparation of marketing materials, and transaction execution support across a variety of sell-side engagements.

While attending the University of St. Thomas, Ben served as an Equity Research Analyst with the Aristotle Fund, a student-managed investment fund. In this role, he covered consumer discretionary companies, conducting fundamental equity research, financial analysis, valuation work, and investment recommendation presentations.

Ben graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of St. Thomas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a minor in Data Analytics.

Personal
In his free time, Ben enjoys golfing with friends and family, playing soccer, and spending time on the lake. He also enjoys trying new restaurants and breweries around the Twin Cities and is an avid fan of Minnesota sports.
