Summary
Mark is an Associate at Paralign Capital Partners and has experience across investment banking, corporate finance, and institutional investment management roles to the support the realization of all client objectives. Mark finds motivation in helping our clients achieve their financial goals and aspirations through the pursuit of strategic solutions through a disciplined, thoughtful approach to transaction execution and management.

Experience
Prior to joining Paralign, Mark was an Investment Banking Associate at Piper Sandler in their Healthcare Technology Group. While at Piper, Mark focused on sell-side M&A transactions for healthcare companies providing SaaS and other technology solutions to providers, insurance payers, and pharmaceutical companies.

Earlier in his career, Mark spent time at M Health Fairview, a large integrated academic health system based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, helping them implement their internal investment management functionality. Prior there to, he also spent time at Wells Fargo in various finance and lending focused roles.

Education & Credentials
Mark received his MBA from the University of Notre Dame – Mendoza College of Business and BA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas. He is registered with FINRA and holds Series 63 and 79 securities licenses.

Personal
Mark enjoys spending time with his wife, Adriel, exploring breweries around the Twin Cities, trying new restaurants and cooking with friends and family.  On the weekends, you can find him golfing, near a lake or cheering on the Vikings, St. Thomas basketball, and the Fighting Irish.
