Having spent the majority of his investment banking career at global, public investment banks, he brings best-in-class advice and processes to his middle-market clients. Additionally, Dillon prides himself in ensuring he leverages his debt and equity investing experience to provide clients differentiated advice in all aspects of their transaction structure and long-term strategic planning.
Experience
Prior to joining Paralign, Dillon was a Vice President at Chartwell Financial Advisory, where he focused on providing family and founder owned businesses bespoke advice across a variety of transaction structures. Preceding Chartwell, Dillon previously was at Houlihan Lokey, a leading global boutique investment bank. Dillon also has experience with Mill City Capital, a lower middle market private equity investor, Piper Sandler, a global investment bank, and Marquette Capital Partners, a mezzanine debt provider.
Education & Credentials
Dillon received his Bachelors of Science from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management. He is registered with FINRA and holds Series 63 and 79 securities licenses.
Personal
Dillon lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota where he enjoys spending time with his friends and family. He spends his weekends exploring new restaurants and distilleries, smoking barbeque, working out, and attempting DIY projects around his house. Dillon was previously a Debate and Speech coach, after being a competitor throughout college.
