Experience

Prior to joining Paralign, Ali was a Senior Associate at Chartwell Financial Advisory. At Chartwell, Ali focused on providing family- and founder-owned businesses with unbiased corporate finance transaction structuring and execution services. She led and executed analyses and daily tasks associated with a diverse array of mandates, including traditional sell- and buy-side M&A, Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) transactions, debt and equity capital raises, strategic ownership alternatives evaluations, and bespoke ancillary offerings that optimize these corporate transactions, such as sale-leaseback transactions and compensation analyses. After college, Ali begin her career as an investment banking analyst at Wells Fargo in Charlotte, North Carolina, providing sell-side M&A advisory services.

Education & Credentials

Ali attended the University of St. Thomas, Opus College of Business, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Financial Management. She is registered with FINRA and holds Series 63 and 79 securities licenses.

Personal

Ali lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and spends most of her free time being active with friends and family, engaging in activities associated with her church, and enjoying relaxation by reading a book or watching a movie. When she’s not in the city, Ali spends her weekends in northern Wisconsin with family, partaking in seasonal activities such as boating, snowmobiling, and ATVing.
